Swedish
A traditional massage that is great for circulation, general tension reduction and improving range of motion. Consists of long, flowing strokes, kneading and cross fiber friction. Deep Tissue - a slower massage that targets muscle groups in need of work. The therapist will work with you to gradually massage the deep, underlying muscle groups which may be at the root of your problems.

Sports Massage
Perfect for the active person. Sports massage is designed to either aid in recovery and let you resume your training, or as a pre-event massage which keeps you supple and flexible heading into your event. The depth and duration of the treatment are dependent on the timing of the massage as it relates to your training and competition schedule.

Neuromuscular
A form of massage that works very well for chronic pain, headaches and back pain. The therapist will look for hypersensitive "trigger points" that often cause referred pain and use direct pressure and muscle manipulation to release those sensitive points.
